Financial intelligence for the luxury economy
Know who just became wealthy.
Before anyone else does.
Abentaire monitors IPOs, insider stock sales, acquisitions and other liquidity events disclosed to the SEC, identifies the founders, executives and investors behind them, and delivers evidence-backed prospect profiles to firms that serve affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
How the desk works
From public filing to qualified introduction, with the evidence attached.
Continuous monitoring
Every Form 4 insider transaction and IPO prospectus filed with the SEC is read within minutes of publication. Nothing is sampled.
Identification
We separate genuine open-market sales from grants, gifts and tax withholding, then attribute proceeds to the individual, not the company.
Profiling
An analyst model writes a sober profile: realized proceeds, remaining stake, seniority, geography, buyer relevance and the caveats a professional would want.
What a profile looks like
Sober, specific, sourced.
Each profile cites the filing it was built from. Amounts, dates, titles and remaining holdings are taken from the disclosure itself. Interpretation is clearly separated from fact, and uncertainties are listed rather than hidden.

- —Role, company and geography

Who we serve
Built for firms whose clients are measured in principals, not leads.
Private aviation
Charter desks and aircraft brokers reach principals in the weeks after a liquidity event, when travel patterns change.
Yacht brokerage
Exits and IPO lock-up expirations are the moments when a first yacht, or a larger one, becomes a serious conversation.
Luxury real estate
Newly liquid executives relocate, buy second homes and upgrade primary residences. Know the market before the listing agent does.
Private wealth
Advisors and family offices see insider sales and founder exits the day they are disclosed, with the evidence attached.
Exotic automotive
Dealers and collectors' brokers identify principals with fresh proceeds and a history of discretionary spending.
Concierge and travel
Membership and lifestyle firms time their introductions to real events rather than demographic guesses.
Membership
Access is deliberately limited.
We accept a small number of firms per category and market so that our members are not competing for the same introductions.
