Abentaire
Terms of service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of Abentaire (the “Service”), operated by Abstract Technologies, LLC (“Abentaire”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the firm you represent.
1. The Service
Abentaire is a research tool. It compiles and summarises information about individuals that has already been made public in regulatory filings, company announcements, press reporting and published rankings, and presents it so that firms selling high-value goods and services can identify prospective clients by criteria such as location, age, role and estimated wealth.
2. Accounts and seats
Membership is sold per seat, and each seat is for one named user. Sharing a seat, pooling credentials or allowing anyone who is not a seat holder to use the Service is a breach of these terms. A free preview account is limited to the counts, filters and ten full profiles we make available to it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Service to research prospective clients for your own firm’s legitimate sales, advisory and introduction activities. You may export records within the limits of your tier and use them internally for those purposes.
You may not:
—resell, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute data from the Service, in whole or in part, or build a competing product from it;
—scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the Service beyond the export features we provide;
—use the Service to harass, stalk, intimidate or defraud any person, or to locate anyone’s home or family;
—use data from the Service to make decisions about credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law. Abentaire is not a consumer reporting agency and the Service is not a consumer report;
—use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, including laws on marketing, telephone solicitation, data protection or securities trading.
4. Nature of the information
Entries on the register are analytical summaries of public records and reporting. Wealth tiers, liquidity estimates, relevance ratings and profile text are our opinions, produced in part with automated systems, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We do not verify identity beyond what the source states. Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, tax or professional advice, and you must independently confirm anything you rely on before acting.
5. Membership fees
Fees are charged in advance for each billing period through our payment processor. All fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal. We may change prices with at least thirty days’ notice before your next renewal.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may change, add or remove sources, features and coverage at any time. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of section 3, non-payment or conduct that exposes us or the people on the register to legal risk. Sections 3, 4, 8 and 9 survive termination.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
